You're aware we lack the time and the votes to act upon this information, this round, and that August's credibility as a suspect has suffered from his and Buffy's counteraccusations.

Hence my own doubts. I am unconvinced of his guilt or innocence, at the present juncture, and unwilling to step forward to support Buffy’s accusation.

We shall see where that leads us soon enough.
